Description

A framework for writing D&D session prep as modular "toys" — each NPC, location, encounter, faction, and secret follows a consistent scannable structure. NPCs get a Want/How pair plus hooks. Locations get layered sensory cues. Encounters get Why/Wrinkle/Stakes. Designed so a DM can process any element at a glance during live play, not just during prep.
